How To: Meeting Settings

Conference Meeting Time Slots are the dates and start/end times for meetings to take place. You could choose times throughout the entire conference or times specific to a networking session. Meeting Resources/Locations are the details of where meetings will take place, like Table 1, Table 2, or Executive Lounge. Meeting Resource Types are the general types of locations, like Tables or Reserved Rooms.

Follow the steps below to complete these settings:

Conference Meeting Time Slots

  1. Under Setup > Meeting Settings > Conference Meeting Time Slots, select the date, start, and end times in the form on the left and click the “Add Slot” button. Repeat this until the preferred slots are created.

Meeting Resources/Locations (Where will your meetings take place?)

  1. Under Setup > Meeting Settings > Meeting Resources/Locations, click the “Add Meeting Space” button on the top right.
  2. Enter and select the information in the pop-up form. Meeting Space is the name that will display to users when selecting a place to meet (Example: Café). Type indicates to the system the resource type so that it can accommodate the proper meetings (Example: Meeting Point). Location will display to the user where the meeting will take place (Example: Café Entrance). When done, click the “Submit” button.
