Message Center Overview

Email is often the best way to contact the masses, especially when you are managing an event. Jujama takes this one step further, by allowing you to choose specific recipients based on certain criteria. The Message Center is a tool that manages email templates, allows you to send email messages, and tracks the message history.

• Templates: By default, the system creates common templates that are helpful for event organizers. Here, you can edit, delete, or add a new template based on a few Email Types. The built-in Email Types contain a specific sub-set of people that are queried from the database, such as “Attendees who have not signed into the mobile app”. This allows you to create specific messages for people that meet certain criteria. The templates can also be scheduled to send at a specific date and time.
  
• Send a Message: To send a current, bulk message to the specific queried group, use the Send a Message feature. First, select the Email Type or queried group. Then, choose the template, edit the message as necessary, and send!
• Message History: To keep track of those emails you’ve sent, check the Message History.
