Features & Advanced Content Overview

In addition to the basic event content, Jujama offers many deluxe features and some advanced content organization. A brief description of those options are below. For additional help on these features, ask a Jujama team member.

  • Matchmaking: The Matchmaking feature facilitates networking by matching attendees based on their interests. When this feature is turned on, users will be prompted to choose interests based on those added from Setup > Person Settings > Manage Attendee Interests. Once interests are chosen, users will be presented with a list of people they may be interested in networking with.
  • Polling: Polling is a live feature used during a session to engage the audience. Users can participate in a poll directly from the app. Results can be displayed in real-time onto a large screen in the room or directly to a speaker for use in the presentation.
  • Live Comments: To further engage attendees within a session, Live Comments can be enabled allowing attendees to make a comment or ask a question directly from the app, replacing the physical microphone. These questions or comments can be moderated or open.
  • Lead Scanning: The Lead Scanning tool allows users to collect potential leads or contacts by scanning QR codes that have been assigned and printed onto attendee badges. After collection, users can export their data for future use.
  • Gaming: Encourage engagement with our task-based in-app game, get your attendees moving with a scavenger hunt, or challenge attendees with a question-based game. These gaming options can bring some additional excitement to your event and incentivize app use.
  • Content Library (Videos & Documents): Making your event app a resource can encourage use of the platform and can be invaluable to attendees. Content can be organized into categories and managed from admin. Both videos (linked from YouTube or Vimeo) and documents can be added to the content library. To get the word out about a particular piece of content, a push notification can be sent with a link to the content.
  • Tests: Prior to, during, or after a session, quiz participants about their knowledge on a subject. This can provide a speaker or organizer with instant feedback to determine the path a session should take or the value outcome of a specific presentation.
  • Products: To better inform attendees on the mission of the companies in the app, products can be attached to a company (or an attendee). Those products can be categorized by type and can hold a complete description and logo. Products can be displayed as part of a company or person profile.
  • Licensing Center: The licensing center allows for management of technologies that can be attached to a company. These technologies are posted as available for licensing.
  • Abstracts: This area allows for management of abstracts that can be attached to an agenda item.
  • Committees: The Committees feature allows for the assignment of people to a particular committee (a group of people appointed for a specific function, like a board of directors). Each committee can have roles included, and people can then be tagged as a particular role. The benefit of committees is that a badge can be uploaded to each committee and included with the person’s profile.
  • Groups: The Groups feature offers a robust discussion area with a “community” feel. This allows for beneficial communication by allowing participants to create and join both public and private groups.
