How To: Theme Setup – Upload Graphics

Once graphics are created, the Jujama team can assist with the upload. Most graphics (with the exception of those for a white-label app) can be uploaded from admin. If your team would like to upload the graphics, follow the steps below:

Desktop (Under Setup > Theme Setup > Desktop)

  1. First, upload the desktop logo by selecting the camera icon next to the “Browse Image” box. The file type can be JPG or PNG and will be restricted to 630 pixels wide by 100 pixels high.
  2. Behind the desktop logo, a header background can be selected. This can be a solid color or a text-free graphic.
  3. The page body color can also be selected to match an existing theme by choosing a color.
  4. Upload the email banner by selecting the camera icon next to the “Browse Image” box. The file type can be JPG or PNG and will be restricted to 640 pixels wide by 150 pixels high.
  5. Finally, a primary color can be entered/selected. The primary color will be used for links, buttons, icons, and other elements throughout the platform.
  6. Click the “Update Settings” button to save changes.

Desktop Login (Under Setup > Desktop Login Page)

  1. First, it is recommended to select a "Login Page Path Title". This may have previously been set by a Jujama team member. This will be the text that displays in the URL for desktop login, such as https://connect-v3.jujama.com/investmentday. By entering this URL or clicking the link available in admin, you can preview your desktop login page.
  2. By default, the page is set up by pulling in the theme's desktop logo, a default background collage image with movement, a color overlay using the theme's primary color, and also default text.
  3. Adjust the settings on the page by updating content, colors, logos, background image, sponsors, etc. 
    • The page background image can be set to either cover or repeat. 
    • Cover will extend the background image to the width of the browser proportionately, so this may shift the image slightly. It is recommended to upload an image that will lay nicely in the background. Do not position background image elements specifically based on location of the text and login boxes — as the browser window is resized, the background image will shift and scale. An ideal cover size background image should be sized to roughly 1200 x 800 pixels. There are no set size specifications for this image, but the file size should be less than 6MB.
    • Repeat will allow for a repeated pattern or image that will repeat endlessly to fill the background space. 
    • Animated gif images can be uploaded to include motion. See this example, where the animated gif image is sized to 1200 x 674 pixels.
  4. Click the "Submit" button to save changes.

Mobile App (Under Setup > Theme Setup > Mobile App)

  1. For events in a container app, the event screen icon can be uploaded by selecting the camera icon next to the “Browse Image” box. The file type can be JPG or PNG and will be restricted to 225 pixels wide by 225 pixels high.
  2. Select an appropriate dashboard type for your event, then click the “Add Graphics” button. Based on the dashboard type selected, the available options for graphics will be presented in a pop-up window.
  3. For both login and dashboard, choose the graphic type, then upload the required size by clicking the camera icon next to the “Browse Image” box. All files should be compiled with static elements removed (see spec document for details). Static elements are those elements labeled as placeholder items in the Photoshop template files, such as Login Boxes, Menu Tabs, Profile Boxes, Happening Now Area. Background images should be flattened and uploaded as JPG or PNG file type.
  4. Click the “Save” button to save changes.
