Jujama Admin Update

We’ve made some changes! All of our great features are still available, but some items have been rearranged or enhanced to make our admin better organized and easier to use.

The Admin Menu

The admin menu has been rearranged into new main categories with additional sub-categories to make things easier to locate. The main categories and the general overview of their contents are listed below: 

  • Admin Resources & Help: This new category contains tutorials and a user guide on how to complete some basic tasks to setup your event app. As always, if you need additional help, you’ll find our contact information here too.
  • Dashboard: The dashboard is our admin home screen. Here, you’ll find a quick visual of general stats around your event app, like number of people, organizations, and meetings, Top 5 stats, and even a section to increase engagement with a single click.
  • Setup: The setup category is robust, but broken down into sub-categories to make things easier. This category will house the fundamentals for getting your event app ready for content.
  • Manage Event Content: Once the event app is setup, the Manage Event Content will be your go-to category. Here, you’ll manage all basic content, like app menu, agenda, people, companies, floor plans, social feed, sponsors, etc.. Don’t panic — while it’s a lot of information, it’s separated into sub-categories to keep things organized. 
  • Message Center: If you’re reaching out to your audience via email, before during or after the event, you’ll do so through our message center. Here, you can manage the message templates, send messages, and review the message history.
  • Features & Advanced Content: If you’re taking advantage of some of the more deluxe features that Jujama offers, you’ll find the settings and management of those under this category.
  • Reports & Analytics: Whether you’re looking for quick stats and analytics during your event, or some full reports after, you’ll find those here. Not finding the report you were looking for? Use the form to request a custom report from our team. 

A Few Enhancements

We’ve streamlined a few tasks to reduce some work. Here’s a quick overview of the updates we’ve made:

  • The management of the desktop and mobile app have been combined into one. You’ll find this under Manage Event Content > Menus. By default, menu items will show on both the mobile app and the desktop, but that can be updated under each item’s Access and Display settings.
  • Prior to the update, each participation type had its own email template, making updates difficult. Now, each will use the default welcome email template — if you need a custom template, just add it and select it for that participation type.
  • Adding sponsorship items is now easier than ever! Under Manage Event Content > Sponsors, you’ll see a selection for uploading sponsor graphics for each area available.
  • No more clicking “OK” after each addition, waiting for slow scrolling, or searching for pagination — we’ve made a significant reduction in those pesky details.
  • As always, our efforts continue to increase customizability of your event app via Jujama Admin.
