Video Formats Help

Users of Jujama event apps can upload video links to Vimeo or YouTube videos. 

Vimeo

• Privacy settings in Vimeo must be set to either: 
  • Public
  • Hide From Vimeo
  • Unlisted
• URL formats accepted:
  • Vimeo's URL formats vary by privacy setting. You may enter either the main Vimeo URL or the embed URL. The form of the URL should be one of the following:
    • https://player.vimeo.com/video/xxxx?h=yyyy
    • https://player.vimeo.com/video/xxxxxx
    • https://vimeo.com/xxxx
    • https://vimeo.com/xxxx/yyyy
• The domain restriction option should not be enabled
• If you change the privacy setting on Vimeo after you have already uploaded the URL to Jujama previously, it may cease to work if the link format has changed.

YouTube

• Privacy settings in YouTube must to set to either:
  • Public
  • Unlisted
• URL formats accepted:
  • https://youtu.be/xxxxxxxxxxx
    
    • This format is the "sharable" URL obtainable from the YouTube user interface
  • https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxxxxxxxxxx
    
    • This format is the URL in the address bar when watching a YouTube video
